Quality control and testing
SCIENTIFIC TEST, HIGH STANDARD QUALITY CONTROL

Engineering and technical center of primary battery is devoted to ensuring high quality and performance of the battery products, by strictly testing the raw material, component parts, semi-finished products, and finished products.
Safety test under normal conditions
Storage after partial discharge: (Long-term idie after simulated use in electrical appliances without removal battery)
When the 50% descjarged battery is stored under 45℃ for 30 days,no leakage occurs.
Vibration: (Simulated in-transportation-vibration)
When the frequency is varied in a cycle of 10Hz-55Hz-10Hz,at ampitude 1.6mm,and rate 1Hz/min,and the battery is vibrated on vibration table in 3 different directions for 90 minutes,no leakage occurs and the voltage drop is below<0.02V.
Impact: (Simulated collision and rough handle during transportation)
When the battery is fixed in impact table in 3 different directions and impacted with 150gn (acceleration),the voltage drop is below 0.03V,,no leakage occurs.
Impact under high-and low-temperature :
If the battery is stored under the following conditions and time for 10 cycles,,no leakage occurs.

Schematic Drawing of high/ low-temperature impact
Reasonable predictable misuse
Reversible change:
If4 pieces of battery are in series connected and one of them is under incorrect polanity for 24 hours,no explosion will occur.
External short-circuit:
If the positive pole and negative pole of a battery and directed connected with a conductor <0.1Ω for 24 hours ,no explosion will occur.
Over-discharge:
If a completely discharged battery is in series connected with three pieces of new battery(plus a resistor),when the voltage drops to 2.1V, no explosion will occur.
Free drop:
If the battery free drops from one-meter height for 6 times, the voltage drop will be below 0.03V and no explosion will occur.
